The Geneva Tribunal de Première Instance ruled in its judgment of May 28, 2015 (not final) that the disclosure of personal data of a bank employee in a subordinate function to the United States-authorities outside an international procedure for assistance in administrative or criminal matters was illegal, because the private interest of the freedom of movement of employees has a more important weight than the public interest of Credit Suisse to settle the tax dispute with the United States-authorities.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”” parallax=”” parallax_image=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_separator color=”custom” align=”align_center” style=”double” border_width=”” el_width=”” accent_color=”#ededed”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”” parallax=”” parallax_image=””][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text css_animation=””][icon color=”#2ea2cc” style=”pull-left” size=”22px” target=”_blank” name=”moon-file-3″] REFERENCE:[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]
